• Profitability Modeling Approach and Sample Tool.  Approach and sample for determining Contribution Margin and Profitability down to the individual product and individual customer level.  Requires the ability to secure all company transactions, and requires the ability to build focused cost allocation models using a variety of cost bases
• Org Design and Implementation Method and Tools.  A complete approach to designing organizations and implementing reorganizations.  Includes an Org Design Primer, Org Design Tests, and sample Implementation Plans.  Very detailed

• Assumptions-based Forecasting Method.  This is a very simple, but very grounded way to value projects.  It is targeted for users without much valuation experience who are seeking a better way to forecast project value.   Our experienced clients have found this useful as well.
